Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or technical field.
- Capable of climbing ladders or using other lift equipment over 8 feet above grade
- Capable of lifting items up to 50lbs.
- Valid and current Driver’s License and can be insured by the company’s insurance

- System Troubleshooting: Advanced diagnostic skills for resolving high-level technical challenges in controls, sensors and software. Experience interacting with a large and diverse number of simultaneous challenges, requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines.
- Training & Communication: Dedicated to delivering site-specific technical training to building owners and operators while maintaining clear documentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead commissioning and optimization of advanced BAS for HVAC, lighting, and energy systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and integration issues across multiple platforms (WebCTRL®, Niagara, Schneider, Honeywell).
- Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, or LonWorks.
- Configure controls, trends, alarms, and reports; manage secure network connections.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians.
- Deliver customer training and ensure systems perform exactly as promised.
