About The Position
As a Bartender you will get the opportunity to create masterpieces for all our guests to enjoy! Our Bartenders proudly showcase our beverage creations and ensure our hotel guests, as well as our local community, have enjoyable and meaningful experiences. The Bartender is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests stay and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime! To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and problem solving. This role as Bartender requires skills such as organization, attention to detail, reliability and a desire to take care of others. Nestled in our private Redondo Beach peninsula, our hotel is your haven. The Portofino Hotel offers a delightful array of amenities and activities in our prime South Bay location just a stone’s throw from the communities of Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, and Manhattan Beach . With 168 rooms, multiple F&B outlets, banquets, guest activities and a 188-slip marina, your days are filled with diverse operations. Noble House properties are not one-size-fits-all hotels. Requirements
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Current Food Handlers Card and TIPS certified
