Friendship Village is looking for a part-time bartender who goes beyond just serving drinks to our residents; someone who enjoys talking with seniors and loves getting to know the people they serve. As a bartender you are responsible for the serving of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. You will maintain all aspects of the bar including sufficient inventory and supplies to run effectively, ensure the bar is kept clean and all quality/safety standards are followed; and adhere to all local, state and federal liquor laws. The ideal candidate is personable, professional, and able to work in an ever changing fast-paced environment. May assist with serving and other areas within the Dining team. Friendship Village is the premier retirement community in the Cedar Valley, servicing retirees from independent living to skilled care. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age

Nice To Haves

• Previous bartending experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Serving of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic
