About The Position

Seeking high energy individuals with a can-do and flexible attitude ready to join in on our fast paced, high volume seasons. Applicants need to work well with others, offer team support and keep a positive and fun vibe going throughout the busy day. Bartenders work at all BMR Food & Beverage Outlets based on business need.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for duration of 8+hour shift
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• 3 years bartending experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for bar guests and servers
• Money handling
• Operate Point of Sale
• Adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies
• Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu; suggesting menu items; explaining the lunch specials and answering food and alcohol preparation questions
• Strong customer service skills
• Complete open and closing duties; including stocking and prep for bar area
• General cleanliness of bar/restaurant area
