The Bartender is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team at Ramsay's Kitchen, located within the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. This role supports seamless beverage service throughout the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas, aiming to elevate the overall guest experience. The Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional service from start to finish by demonstrating strong menu knowledge, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring each interaction feels personalized and professional. Bartenders are expected to strictly follow state and city alcohol laws while providing quick and efficient beverage service to Servers and hotel guests. A thorough working knowledge of all products served by the bar is essential. This position plays a vital role in upholding service standards, maintaining smooth operations, and contributing to a welcoming and memorable atmosphere.
