About The Position

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Part Time Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. In this leadership role, you will ensure exceptional beverage service, oversee bar operations, and mentor and motivate the bartending team to provide the best possible guest experience.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of previous bartending experience, with leadership or Lead Bartender experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Thorough knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails and mixed drinks.
  • Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.

Nice To Haves

  • Bartending certification and TIPS training is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, take orders, and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
  • Train and mentor Bartender staff and Barbacks on service standards, drink preparation, and safety procedures.
  • Delegate tasks and coordinate with the F&B Manager to monitor staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with state alcohol regulations, including verifying guest identification.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar and dining area, ensuring tables are clear of debris.
  • Develop seasonal beverage menus with the Outlets Manager.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling of cleaning materials.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.
