About The Position

Ready to shake things up at the Club?! We're looking for an energetic, personable bartender to join our team and mix cocktails and conversations in some of the most unique bar settings around. From crafting classic cocktails at The Casbah before members' fine dining reservations, to serving up post-round drinks at The Oasis, and keeping the good times flowing at our Racquet Center, Gun Lodge, and Golf Training Center - you'll be behind the bars at the heart of it all. If you love variety, top-tier service, and creating memorable experiences, this is your shot.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must have a willingness to serve with a positive attitude.
Must have excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Must work effectively with a team.
Must have the ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
Must have previous bartending experience, starting rate will depend on prior experience.
Must be available to work nights, weekends, club events, and most holidays.
Must be BASSET certified.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Must have the ability to lift moderate amounts of weight up to 35lbs.

Nice To Haves

Experience in private clubs is a plus.
All offers of employment are based upon satisfactory completion of background checks.

Responsibilities

Setup and breakdown of bar and restaurant.
Stock, organize, and maintain beverage inventory, glassware, and drink garnishes.
Put away requisitions each day.
Perform all side work as assigned.
Keep the bar clean, safe, and presentable at all times while providing friendly and attentive service.
Prepare and serve alcoholic, and non-alcoholic beverages while adhering to the club’s service standards.
Answer questions regarding food and beverage menus.
Take, ring through the POS, and serve food orders, to-go order, and specialty orders.
Make food and beverage recommendations to members and guests.
Own every member request.
Additional duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
