We are seeking friendly, outgoing, and organized Bartenders to provide exceptional service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable experience at our dining and bar facilities. What You’ll Do As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a positive and enjoyable experience for members by: Welcoming each guest personally within 30 seconds Communicating with guests using clear, enthusiastic words, tone, and body language at all times Making members feel appreciated through attentive service Working as a team with all Quivira Inc. personnel to maintain an efficient and pleasant dining and bar environment Keeping all areas cleaned and stocked to Quivira Inc.’s standards Mixing, garnishing, and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks following standard recipes Ringing drink orders into the computer, collecting payments, and making change accurately Arranging bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display Washing and sterilizing stemware Anticipating guest needs and offering assistance proactively Monitoring guests’ alcohol consumption and serving responsibly Learning guests’ names, occupations, and favorite drinks to create a personalized experience Following all safety and service procedures, including arranging taxis or management intervention when necessary Performing additional duties as assigned by management Why Join Lake Quivira?
