About The Position

The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in a fast-paced music festival environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently under high-volume conditions, and strict adherence to alcohol service laws and company policies.
This is a seasonal role from February 19, 2026 and will end on June 19, 2026.
This role pays an hourly rate of $10.98 and is tip eligible
This position will remain open until May 22, 2026.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in high-volume settings
• Ability to work long hours on feet in outdoor environments
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
• TABC or state-required alcohol certification (if applicable)
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous bartending experience preferred, especially in high-volume settings

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately
• Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar area
• Restock inventory and supplies throughout the event
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
• Provide friendly, professional customer service to all guests
• Work collaboratively with barbacks, supervisors, and event staff
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
