About The Position

Bartenders provide friendly, courteous Family-Style Service to guests. The Bartender is also responsible for delivering excellent customer service to ensure our guests are afforded a remarkable experience. To ensure the excellent serving of patrons in a timely manner and to assure quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to providing excellent guest experience are key aspects of this role.

Requirements

• Must be 19 years of age or older to work in the Casino and serve alcohol
• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Proficient in English verbal and written
• Proficient with iOS devices
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds
• Ability to stand on feet for extended periods of time
• Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint
• Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule

Responsibilities

• Maintains professional appearance and demeanor throughout shift
• Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and team members as well as demonstrate resiliency to manage difficult situations in all types of business conditions
• Responsible for taking beverage orders from guests, and servers, prepare drinks correctly, and return these orders in a timely manner
• Responsible for enforcing guest intoxication limitations and company policy regarding limitations
• Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and Team Members
• Responsible for the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers clean and orderly
• Accepts feedback and coaching from supervisors
• Performs other duties as assigned
