About The Position
PT Bartender – Embassy Suites by Hilton Palmdale Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to recipes and hotel standards. Provide friendly and professional service to ensure guest satisfaction. Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age and follow alcohol service laws. Maintain a clean and organized bar area , including equipment and glassware. Operate the POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately. Restock bar supplies and maintain liquor inventory . Assist with opening and closing duties , including bar setup and cleanup. Serve drinks during the hotel’s Evening Reception and other food & beverage services .
Requirements
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred .
- Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation .
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays .
- Strong customer service and communication skills .
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment .
