About The Position

At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Banquet Server to join our Food & Beverage team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service during banquets, conferences, and special events, ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a banquet or hospitality setting preferred.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements as needed.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner while adhering to service standards and alcohol regulations.
• Clear tables, remove used dishes, utensils, and glassware throughout the event.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Set up, monitor, refresh, and break down buffet tables and coffee stations as required.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist with event cleanup and resetting the room for the next event.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring proper handling of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas and equipment.
