About The Position
Come join the Basin Harbor team as we celebrate our 140th year - a milestone we’re honored to celebrate with our cherished community. We have plenty in store, from new experiences and enhancements to time-honored traditions that continue to make this lakeside retreat so special! We are now accepting applications for Bartenders. Basin Harbor has multiple dining venues, 2 outdoor bars, and many banquets, weddings, and special events during our six-month season. We are seeking energetic, personable, and engaging Bartenders, who are willing to uphold the tradition of exceptional guest service at Basin Harbor.
Requirements
- Understanding the need for proper etiquette and service standards
- prior bartending and wine-specific experience of 3+ years preferred
- able to take direction and work in a team environment
- attention to detail, efficient, and able to perform multiple tasks systematically in a fast paced environment
- ability to remember and follow bar and beverage procedures
- a clean, well kept, professional appearance
- shift work may be long and varied, evening and weekends
- required full shift walking and standing
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, 20+ lbs. frequently throughout shift
- Basin Harbor conducts pre-employment criminal background and reference checks on all employees.
