About The Position

Our Bartenders bring our bar to life by creating exceptional experiences for our customers. They prepare high-quality drinks for our customers following our tasty recipes and work closely with our Hosts, Line Cooks, and Chef to maintain the high standards of Moe’s Kitchen.

Requirements

• Moe's Kitchen Bartenders are team players who are charismatic, excellent multitaskers, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
• Build rapport with all customers and families
• Know how to have fun on the job!
• Previous bartending experience or graduation from bartending school required
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Set up, stock, and maintain bar area
• Prepare drinks per Moe's Kitchen drink menu (must obtain a MAST permit)
• Make drink recommendations and drink adjustments based on customer requests
• Assist with food orders and service as needed (must obtain a Food Handlers permit )
• Accurately process transactions, both cash and credit cards, using our Point of Sale platform
• Manage bar inventory
• Abide by strict protocols that meet health and safety standards
• Basic understanding of Arena Sports programming and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
