Requirements

Prior bartending experience preferred
Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Valid alcohol service certification or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
Provide friendly, attentive, and responsible bar service to guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Accurately process guest orders and payments
Monitor guest consumption and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests
