Prepare drinks for dining room waiters, cocktail servers, and guests seated at bar. Must perform all side work related to this service. Implement the use of prescribed bar controls, prescribed service techniques, ordering procedures and exhibit high levels of hospitality and courtesy. Must have extensive knowledge of drink recipes and wines. Handle various methods of payment for bar guests and servers if necessary and accounting responsibilities if required.
