WE LOVE OUR WORK. Must promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with. Effectively responds to supervisor’s requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns. Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, and fruit juice to prepare beverages. - Must constantly pre-bus station. Follows health and safety rules. Must become trained and certified in TIPS. Interacts verbally with all bar guests, creating friendly and upbeat atmosphere. Assists with inventory and inventory control. Rings in all beverages according to standards set by Food & Beverage department and collects proper money for these beverages. Serves drinks to all bar guests. Verifies guest is of legal drinking age when unsure. Knows all drink prices. Claims tips received according to laws governing wage. Knows all Food & Beverage department open and closing times and memorizes their food items to have the ability to inform guests when asked. Rings up all alcoholic beverage orders for Cocktail Servers. Makes all alcoholic beverages for Cocktail Servers. Collects payment from Cocktail Servers and provides them with a receipt. Completes end of shift checkout and paperwork according to standards set by the Food and Beverage department. Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company’s judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest services.
