Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Six months to one year of bartending or related experience preferred
High-volume, nightlife, or club experience strongly preferred
Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20+ pounds

Responsibilities

Deliver high-energy, engaging beverage service in a fast-paced nightlife or club environment.
Create a lively and welcoming bar atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.
Prepare and serve beverages with speed, accuracy, and consistency under pressure.
Interact with guests in a professional, confident, and personable manner.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service at all times.
Maintain awareness of the environment, including crowd dynamics and guest behavior.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar throughout service.
Support nightclub operations, including peak service periods, special events, and late-night programming.
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
