About The Position

The Food Hall Co. cultivates culinary and entertainment destinations that offer a home for chefs, restauranteurs, mixologists, brewers, and entertainers. They are a cultural hub where all the best sights, sounds, and flavors of a community come together under one roof, creating a destination experience. The company is seeking skilled and passionate craft bartenders to join their team. Bartenders are expected to prioritize genuine hospitality, craft exceptional cocktails, and create memorable experiences for guests.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of bartending experience
  • Fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
  • Must be able to read and speak English
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcohol
  • Maintain current Food Handler’s and State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire)
  • Practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding alcohol sales and service
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays

Nice To Haves

  • Craft cocktail knowledge preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly
  • Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work
  • Wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes)
  • Assemble/dismantle the bar area according to proper procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness of the entire bar during the shift
  • Assist guests with any questions or concerns regarding the menu
  • Handle credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly
  • Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Set up the team for success in the next shift
  • Build and serve cocktails according to approved recipes
  • Completion of continuous training from platforms and classes
  • Verify guests meet legal drinking age requirements before providing an alcohol beverage
