About The Position

The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages and food to residents with the utmost level of hospitality. This role involves mixing and garnishing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, following or creating cocktail recipes. The Bartender will report to the Dining Room Manager and assist with other dining needs as required.

Requirements

• A passion for excellence
• A great moral compass
• 6 months to 1 year of bartending experience
• Meet state minimum age to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

• Perform all dining steps of service in a friendly and professional manner
• Greet and escort residents in the bar area and assist as needed
• Read and listen to residents to determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Plan drink menus and inform residents about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to residents.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required by the Supervisor.
