About The Position

Join Our Amazing Casino Fandango Team! The Casino Bartender is responsible for serving our customers beverages in a timely and courteous manner and witnessing or paying jackpots and to support the Beverage department.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous bartending experience required.
• Must have previous experience in handling cash.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
• Must successfully complete alcohol certification class.
• Must have the ability to responsibly monitor alcohol consumption to ensure the safety of our guests.
• Must have the ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• The ability to successfully interact with all levels of team members and management.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust.
• Required Work Cards Certification as an Alcohol Server Gaming Card

Responsibilities

• Make and create specialty drinks for the guests.
• May be required to witness or pay a slot jackpot.
• Make change from time to time for guests playing at the bar.
• Use the Info Genesis system, some knowledge of the system a plus.
• Be able to work in unison with assigned cocktail server.
• Maintain composure in a potentially stressful environment.
• Work independently and unsupervised.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
