About The Position

Sawgrass Country Club is now accepting applications for part time Bartenders. Bartenders assure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of the Bar. Recognizing and calling members by name. Assisting in all areas within the bar and dining room as needed. Responsible for assuring that all members and guests are served in a prompt, efficient and pleasant manner. Previous Country Club experience a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year hospitality experience.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights
• Good Customer Service aptitude and willing to go the extra mile in satisfying members.
• Good attention to follow-through while serving members.
• Professional presentation at all times.
• Team Player with the ability to work well with other bartenders, servers and kitchen staff in a fast paced environment.
• Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15-18 hours a week (3 shifts) and at least one shift available on Friday, Saturday, AND Sunday.

Nice To Haves

• Previous Country Club experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve ice for station and wells.
• Deliver beverage orders in a timely fashion.
• Complete proper computation of member bills.
• Stock bar with essentials
• Follow proper procedures for cleaning and sanitizing.
