This role as a Bartender is responsible for daily bar operations and enhancing the performance of The Goat bar within their assigned area. The environment requires strong multitasking abilities, as Bartenders must coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house teams, address customer needs, and ensure quality service while maintaining a professional demeanor. To ensure drink quality and accuracy, you will maintain inventory of liquor, mixers, garnishes, bar tools at your assigned work area.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
ServSafe certification from a nationally recognized organization required.
TABC Certification where applicable
Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Requires alignment with our Core Values: Performance, Communication, Leadership, Quality, and Teamwork.
At least two (2) years of previous bartending experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting are required.
