About The Position
Mission Yogurt is seeking an experienced, driven, and hospitality-focused Bartender to join our team and help us meet our high standards at our popular Que Bueno DIA restaurant! Que Bueno, the first Mexican restaurant at Denver International Airport, has garnered a reputation for providing travelers with high-quality food at a great price. The fast-casual restaurant serves Mexican and Tex-Mex favorites made with all-natural meats, organic produce and locally-made tortillas. The Bartender prepares and serves quality beverages, provides excellent guest service, maintains a clean bar area, and follows all safety and alcohol service guidelines while supporting a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Candidates who possess at least one year of Bartending experience
- Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction

- Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members
Responsibilities
- Making alcoholic beverages by using the tools and equipment given to ensure portioning and quality are under control, as well as ensuring taste quality is up to company and customer standards
- Taking guests' drink orders at the dining room and/or bar counter and placing them in the POS system
- Delivering food and drink orders to customers
- Keeping the bar counter or assigned working area clean and organized. These areas include tables, chairs, trash cans, bar equipment, floors, walls, etc.
- Stock all products needed during the shift and at the end of it to ensure the next shift is set for success
- Offer the best service to guests and ensure guest satisfaction with great quality products and services
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
- Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines
