Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Six months to one year of bartending or related experience preferred
• High-volume, nightlife, or club experience strongly preferred
• Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Server Certification required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Strong communication, multitasking, and guest service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 20+ pounds

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-energy, engaging beverage service in a fast-paced nightlife or club environment.
• Create a lively and welcoming bar atmosphere that enhances the guest experience.
• Prepare and serve beverages with speed, accuracy, and consistency under pressure.
• Interact with guests in a professional, confident, and personable manner.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service at all times.
• Maintain awareness of the environment, including crowd dynamics and guest behavior.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar throughout service.
• Support nightclub operations, including peak service periods, special events, and late-night programming.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service standards.
