Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender (resume required)
- Strong knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with POS systems and basic computer literacy
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy setting while maintaining exceptional service standards
Nice To Haves
- Experience in upscale or fine dining environments preferred
- Experience in upscale dining preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and restaurant guests
- Engage with guests, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks with professionalism and warmth
- Mix, garnish, and present cocktails with precision and creativity
- Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- Deliver a guest-focused experience that reflects the White Elephant standard of excellence
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards
