Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of bartending and cocktail experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and hospitality skills, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage bar inventory and stock efficiently.
  • A positive and team-oriented mindset, supporting the growth and success of the restaurant.
  • Requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Fast-paced work in a restaurant setting, including exposure to hot, cold, and potentially hazardous equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full bar service for assigned shifts, preparing drinks for the entire restaurant while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Craft high-quality cocktails and beverages with precision and efficiency, following traditional service standards.
  • Maintain stock levels of all beverages, ensuring proper storage and organization in both the bar and designated storage areas.
  • Properly set up and break down the bar, following all required procedures.
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of beverages, mixology, and service standards.
  • Uphold all service and hospitality standards as outlined in training, handbooks, and ongoing feedback.
  • Assist with the proper opening and closing of the restaurant, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating trust, dependability, and respect in all areas.
  • Foster a welcoming environment, building strong relationships with both guests and colleagues.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and mutual respect, working closely with fellow staff and management.
