About The Position

The Bartender is responsible for the preparation of drinks by following our high standards and recipes in an energetic environment. With a genuinely friendly customer service attitude, describe the menu and daily specials, take orders, mix drinks to proper recipes, serve food in a timely manner, and ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.

Responsibilities

• Delivers amazing hospitality experience to guests anticipating, delivering, and exceeding guests’ expectations.
• Understands the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and able to answer guest’s questions.
• Guides guests through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
• Adheres to the timing of service while demonstrating a warm and outgoing personality.
• Helps the guest select menu items by thoroughly going over the food and bar menus; recommending cocktails/wine, suggesting courses, and explaining chef’s features.
• Maintains the cleanliness of tables and dining area around guests and completing opening, running and closing side work related to job-duties.
