About The Position

Responsibilities

Prepares beverages for guests
Replenishes beverages as requested by guests and verifies guest satisfaction
Acts as cashier for beverage outlet and ensures balanced monies
Assist with maintaining and stocking all supplies to the bar and bar areas
Inputs orders into a point of sale machine and create check for each guest/party
Maintain cleanliness and overall organization of bar areas, including beverage coolers
Operate the cash register, soda gun, liquor gun, blender, knife, corkscrew, telephone, and ice scoop
Ability to memorize all available drinks, as well as how to make each drink
Check for expiration dates on all perishable products
Complies with all Federal, State, and Local Laws pertaining to alcohol sales and safety
Perform opening and closing side work as required
Ensure that co-workers have necessary supplies to efficiently provide superior guest service
Ability to work effectively with co-workers, management and guests of the casino
Performs additional duties as requested by management
