About The Position

As a Bartender, you’re not just pouring drinks — you’re setting the vibe. You’ll craft cocktails, engage with guests, and help create a lively, welcoming atmosphere. Whether it’s poolside, in the lounge, or during an evening event, you’ll deliver quick, friendly, and knowledgeable service that keeps the good times flowing.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience in a hotel, restaurant, or high-volume bar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and bar operations.
• Exceptional guest service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and meet any state/local certification requirements.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout the shift.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and flair.
• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, personalized service.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the bar.
• Upsell drink specials, menu items, and promotions.
• Check guests’ identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Handle cash, credit cards, and room charges accurately.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all food safety and alcohol service guidelines.
• Collaborate with the restaurant and kitchen teams to support overall service flow.
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after service shifts or events.
