About The Position

As a Bartender at Cedar Bistro, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
  • MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS.
  • The required skills for this position include excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for engaging with guests and providing top-notch service.
  • Strong organizational skills will help you manage the bar area efficiently, ensuring that everything is clean and well-stocked.
  • Attention to detail is crucial when preparing drinks to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Certification in bartending or mixology.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, including taking orders, making recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist in placing orders for bar supplies.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
