About The Position

The role requires a passion for guest service and attention to detail, including handling money, providing information, and ensuring drink quality. Critical to success are creating a safe workplace, following company policies, protecting assets, maintaining confidentiality, and presenting a professional appearance. The job involves physical activity such as standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and handling objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds.

Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No specific license or certification
Passion about the guest service experience
Eye for detail
