About The Position

The PM Bartender/Server plays a key role in creating memorable evening experiences for hotel guests and locals alike. This position blends polished bar service with attentive food service, supporting a lively yet refined atmosphere during our busiest hours. The ideal candidate is confident behind the bar, thrives in a fast-paced PM environment, and knows how to read the room—whether it’s a relaxed nightcap or a high-energy evening rush.

Requirements

Previous PM bartender and/or server experience strongly preferred
Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay composed during busy evening service
Excellent communication and guest service skills
Familiarity with POS systems and basic math
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Availability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Create a warm, welcoming first impression for evening guests with friendly, professional service
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and legal guidelines
Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
Deliver food and drinks efficiently while maintaining strong guest engagement throughout the shift
Provide menu and cocktail recommendations tailored to guest preferences
Handle guest payments accurately and responsibly
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining area throughout the PM shift
Monitor inventory and restock bar and server stations as needed
Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service during peak evening hours
