About The Position

The Multi-Venue Bartender is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service across multiple bar concepts on property, including a martini lounge, rooftop bar, and pool bar. This role requires versatility ranging from executing high-end, spirit-forward cocktails in an elevated setting to delivering fast, high-volume service in more casual environments. Bartenders must demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and the ability to shift service style seamlessly based on the venue, guest expectations, and business levels. Success in this role requires confidence in both refined cocktail execution and efficient, high-energy service, while consistently driving revenue through upselling and guest engagement. Guest Experience & Adaptability Deliver engaging, professional service tailored to each venue’s atmosphere and guest expectations Transition seamlessly between upscale, high-touch service and high-volume, casual environments Build rapport with guests and create memorable, repeatable experiences across all venues Maintain a polished, energetic, and confident presence behind the bar Beverage Execution Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, from high-end craft cocktails to beer, wine, and batch-style drinks Execute classic and contemporary cocktails with precision in lounge and rooftop settings Perform efficient, high-volume service at pool and event-driven bars without sacrificing quality Execute flair bartending techniques when appropriate to enhance the guest experience Product Knowledge & Sales Demonstrate strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine across varying levels of complexity Provide thoughtful recommendations and upselling premium spirits, signature cocktails, and wine Drive revenue through suggestive selling, featured items, and venue-specific offerings (e.g., bottle service, beer buckets) Maintain working knowledge of all beverage menus and seasonal features across venues Operational Awareness Adapt to different bar setups, workflows, and physical environments, including tight or high-traffic spaces Maintain speed, accuracy, and organization in both high-volume and detail-oriented settings Communicate effectively with team members and leadership across all outlets Follow proper cash handling, inventory practices, and opening/closing procedures Cross-Outlet Support Work across multiple bar venues based on business needs, including evenings, weekends, and special events Maintain consistency in service standards while respecting each venue’s unique identity Support pop-up bars, activations, and special programming as needed Team Collaboration Work collaboratively with servers, barbacks, and leadership to ensure seamless operations Assist with setup, breakdown, restocking, and maintaining par levels Contribute to a positive, high-energy, and professional team environment

Requirements

  • Previous bartending experience required; experience in both craft cocktail and high-volume environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, spirits, beer, and wine
  • Experience with or willingness to learn flair bartending techniques preferred
  • Proven ability to upsell and drive revenue across different service styles
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain composed and efficient in fast-paced and dynamic environments
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Valid TABC Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Valid Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain)
