Residence Inn by Marriott Oahu Kapolei is looking for an experienced, guest-focused Bartender / Mixologist to join our team. If you enjoy creating great drinks, delivering exceptional service, and working in a fun, team-oriented environment, we would love to meet you. Opened in 2019, our modern all-suite hotel is located in the heart of Kapolei with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Requirements

Previous bartending experience
Ability to work weekends
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest service skills
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in restaurants, bars, or hotel hospitality
Knowledge of cocktails and mixology techniques
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support multiple roles

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages according to hotel standards
Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests at the bar
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
Follow all alcohol service laws and safety procedures
Process transactions accurately and responsibly
Bussing tables
Serving guests when needed
Supporting other customer-facing service positions
