Bartender/ Food and Beverage Server - Part-Time

About The Position

As a Bartender/ Food & Beverage Server, you will cater to our members with a member-first attitude, ensuring a warm, personalized, and memorable dining experience every time. This role focuses primarily on bartending duties while also providing food service support as needed.

Requirements

Reliable transportation
Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to lift and carry trays of food and drink
POS system experience (preferred)
Food Handler Certificate (must be current or training will be provided if needed)
Previous experience and/or bartending skills (a plus, but not required – training available)

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with club standards and recipes
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
Engage with members and guests in a courteous, professional manner
Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure compliance with all local and state regulations
Serve food and beverages to members in a timely and courteous manner
Open, close, and reconcile the cash register
Be visible and approachable for member service
Know daily menu items and specials
Set up and bus tables efficiently
Carry trays of food and beverages
Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and all dining areas
Assist with inventory management and stock dry goods
Keep the Grill Room, bar, and counter areas clean and fully stocked
Set up for events (may include heavy lifting and moving furniture)
Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation and member satisfaction
Follow all proper food handling and hygiene practices
Secure front and back of house at the end of shift
