Schedule: Part-time & Full-time available – must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What You’ll Do: As a Food & Beverage Server, you’ll be cross-trained to work in our Lakeside Grill, Fine Dining Room, and Banquets—ensuring our members and guests receive top-tier service in every setting. From casual poolside lunches to elegant plated dinners and high-energy events, no two days are the same! Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 1+ years wait staff experience preferred
  • Basic math skills
  • Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
  • Ability to thrive in an active, noisy, and demanding environment
  • Interest in shift work
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees and guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, often for several hours at a time.
  • Capability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and equipment weighing up to 25-50 pounds.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Ability to carry and balance heavy trays with food or beverages.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to climb stairs or maneuver in tight spaces when necessary.
  • Requires fine motor skills to handle table settings, glassware, and serving utensils.
  • Ability to push, pull, or move carts and other banquet equipment.
  • Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including warm kitchen areas and cooler event spaces.
