The Bartender/Concessions Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service while supporting all aspects of food and beverage operations at Diamond Lake, including concession service, beer and wine sales, and full bar operations during private rentals and events. This position prepares and serves food and beverages in compliance with appropriate laws and standards; maintains inventory and cleanliness of work areas; and completes daily opening and closing procedures for both indoor and outdoor spaces. This position works collaboratively with staff to ensure successful public operations and private functions. A successful employee will provide flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays while upholding a professional, safe, and welcoming environment for all guests.
