A banquet bartender plays a crucial role in providing beverage services during events, banquets, weddings, and other special occasions. Responsibilities include crafting cocktails for events and special occasions, keeping the bar organized, spotless and well stocked and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Requirements
- You have at least one year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- You’re comfortable lifting and carrying heavy items like cases and kegs
- You bring positive energy and strong communication skills to every shift
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in busy resort bars or event settings
- Solid knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails (from craft IPAs to signature spritzes)
- A creative streak—you like trying new drink recipes and seasonal specials
Responsibilities
- Shake, stir, pour, and serve a variety of beverages—alcoholic and non-alcoholic—to guests with style and efficiency during events and special occasions.
- Create a friendly, prompt and fun environment with guests.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
- Operates registers and handling transactions accurately for each event
- Handle bar inventory and restock supplies like a pro
- May be responsible for dishwashing to maintain cleanliness in the area.
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service guidelines
- Help support your team and keep the good vibes flowing
- Be ready to jump into other tasks as needed—because we’re all about teamwork here
