About The Position
In search of Barn Staff Rate of Pay $440/week plus room and board Qualifications At least 18 years old High School Diploma or GED A wide range of western riding experience and horse training Experience teaching youth Horse care Responsibilities Help manage a strand of horses at camp's main barn Teach morning lessons and afternoon trail rides Oversee horse health and barn maintenance Have a constant eye for safety Create progressive engaging lessons and experience for kids Ability to work with all staff as a strong active team member to develop best work practices
Requirements
