About The Position

We are seeking energetic, customer-focused Barista to deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting daily bakery operations. This role combines hands-on beverage and food service and team work in a fast-paced bakery environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, people-driven, and passionate about coffee, baked goods, and hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in serving espresso, teas
• Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume setting
• Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures
• Must be able to stand and walk for the majority of their scheduled shift.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds with frequent carrying of smaller items.
• Must be able to bend, reach, crouch, and kneel frequently.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment without losing focus or energy.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of espresso and coffee experience in a bakery or café
• 2 year of espresso and coffee experience in a bakery or café

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas to brand standards
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly customer service
• Operate POS systems and process payments
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked service, beverage, and display areas
• Communicate with kitchen and bakery teams regarding orders, inventory, and product availability
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering and receiving deliveries
