About The Position

Common Man Roadside Market & Deli is hiring Baristas for their Portsmouth store. This role involves working with a dynamic team in a fun, fast-paced environment. Baristas are responsible for providing friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, assisting with food and drink orders, preparing hot and cold beverages, baking and serving fresh pastries, expo food orders, and maintaining the cleanliness and stock of the front of the house.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to our customers
• Assist customers in placing orders for food and drinks
• Prepare hot and cold beverages in our café
• Bake and serve our fresh pastries
• Expo food orders
• Help keep the front of the house clean and stocked
