About The Position

As a Barista, your role will be crucial in supporting the financial objectives of your hotel by efficiently managing the daily operations of the Last Sunday facility or other areas within the Food and Beverage departments. You will prepare and serve beverages and food to guests, upholding the highest standards of product quality and service to ensure guest satisfaction and enhance revenue and profitability. This involves delivering prompt and courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience in a Food and Beverage outlet, including cash handling, with a preference for prior Barista experience.
  • Must be exceptionally friendly, customer-focused, with a genuine smile and a positive, accommodating demeanor while interacting with customers.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and dress at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare beverages as requested by customers or servers, adhering to standard operating procedures to ensure proper proportions and ingredient control, delivering a consistent product.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure maximum efficiency; set up the bar and back bar following established procedures.
  • Respond swiftly to guest requests in a friendly manner, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform pre- and post-shift duties, including stocking the service station and making coffee.
