About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate is energized by a fast-paced environment, loves coffee, and takes pride in delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Requirements

A team player with a friendly, approachable attitude.
Experienced: 2+ years of barista or coffee shop experience preferred.
Knowledgeable in coffee brewing methods and espresso machines.
Able to multitask while maintaining accuracy and poise under pressure.
Flexible and available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficient in basic computer and POS systems.
Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision.
Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Cash handling and basic computer literacy required.
Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly.

Nice To Haves

Multilingual is a plus, especially in serving diverse guests.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, personalized service to every guest.
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Prepare coffee and specialty drinks with attention to quality and consistency.
Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment with confidence and care.
Maintain cleanliness of counters, workstations, equipment, and surrounding areas.
Handle cash, card, and other forms of payment accurately.
Assist with stocking, inventory, and monitoring supplies.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism or escalate to a manager when needed.
Maintain accurate records of transactions using POS systems.
Follow health, sanitation, and safety standards.
Display integrity, honesty, and accountability in all guest and team interactions.
