About The Position

Requirements

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks in accordance with guest needs in an efficient and friendly manner
Interact with customers regularly and professionally
Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite manner
Maintain knowledge of menu items and recipes
Maintain Knowledge of Hotel and local area
Properly handle and maintain all equipment
Maintain a clean and tidy work area
Follow health and safety guidelines
Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling
