About The Position

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Understand
Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
Strong communication skills.
A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors.
Maintains the telecommunication system by following the manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
Maintains a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Make and serve coffee and tea beverages.
Speak and interact with both new and regular customers.
Maintain a stocked, clean, and sanitized work station.
Perform all opening, side work, and closing duties.
Follow health and safety guidelines.
Adhere to recipes and presentations for beverage items.
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance.
Contribute to a positive team environment.
