About The Position

As a Barista, you’ll craft specialty coffee beverages, maintain a clean and welcoming café space, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a specialty coffee serving environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to order
• Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and customer areas
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests and team members
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
