About The Position

The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverage items while delivering friendly, efficient, and professional guest service. This role supports a positive guest experience in fast-paced event environments.

Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Food Handler Certification
  • TABC

Nice To Haves

  • Previous barista or food service experience preferred (not required)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages including beer
  • Operate espresso machines, brewers, and POS systems accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee and service areas
  • Restock coffee, syrups, milk, cups, and supplies as needed
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and beverage quality standards
  • Provide friendly, professional guest service
  • Work efficiently as part of a team during peak service periods
