About The Position

We’re currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Baristas who are energetic, friendly, and love making someone’s day with a great cup of coffee and a great attitude. Requirements

Positive, outgoing attitude and strong communication skills
Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours/week (including weekends), with the potential for up to 35+ hours/week

Previous food or beverage experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!

Responsibilities

Craft and serve high-quality espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages
Customize drinks to meet customer preferences while ensuring quality and consistency
Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, friendly experience for every guest
Operate coffee equipment safely and efficiently, including espresso machines and grinders
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace
Accurately handle cash and POS transactions
Collaborate, communicate, and support your teammates. Together, you’ll keep the coffee flowing and the good vibes going!
