About The Position

Join the MOKA team at our vibrant drive-through-based coffee shops where we prioritize customer connection and community engagement. MOKA is hiring enthusiastic, positive, and customer-focused baristas to join our team at our La Crosse, West ave location. Full or part time positions available. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, building relationships with customers, and working in a collaborative, team-focused environment. The ideal candidate for this job is an individual that will be around during the remainder of fall/winter and also be in the La Crosse Area for the spring/summer months and looking to work a minimum of 20 hours/week with weekend availability and up to 35+ hours/week with weekend availability.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, teas, and other drinks according to established recipes and customer preferences
Ensure consistent quality in every cup, paying attention to details such as temperature, presentation, and taste
Provide excellent customer service, greeting and assisting customers with their orders, and offering recommendations
Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, while following safety and sanitation procedures
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including regular cleaning of equipment and restocking supplies
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and maintain a positive work environment
